Use of Artificial Intelligence

Rank & Promote may utilise artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to assist in delivering services, including content creation, image generation, SEO analysis, keyword research, reporting, marketing research, and optimisation.

Clients acknowledge and agree that some deliverables may be AI-assisted.

While reasonable efforts are made to review and refine AI-generated outputs, we do not guarantee their absolute accuracy, completeness, originality, or suitability for any specific purpose.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables before publication or implementation.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

• Search engine rankings
• Website traffic increases
• Lead generation
• Sales growth
• Revenue increases
• Specific marketing outcomes

Results vary depending on industry, competition, website quality, budget, and external factors beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Supply requested materials promptly
• Review deliverables before use
• Maintain account access where required
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Payments

• Fees are payable as agreed.
• Late payments may result in service suspension.
• Services remain our property until payment is received in full.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client after full payment has been received.

We reserve the right to display completed work within our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Rank & Promote shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of revenue
• Business interruption
• Loss of data
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client during the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
